Campus View Apartments is family owned and operated by the DuBois family. Our apartments set the standard for luxury student living in Uptown Oxford by providing our residents with a premier location, quality living, and excellent care and service.

DuBois History

DuBois Book Store was established at Kent State in 1936 by Harold DuBois. In 1945, a second location was opened at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. A third store was opened in 1955 at the University of Cincinnati.

After over 75 years DuBois is still a family owned business with its fourth generation of family now involved in the daily operation of the book stores. Over the years DuBois has undergone several exciting changes.

In 2011, the old Miami store was torn down and a new building with three levels of luxury student apartments was built in its place. Campus View Apartments set the standard for luxury student living on High Street and continues to offer Miami University students a great place to live just steps from campus.
